How it works

1. Submit a referral using the form below, or introduce the business to us directly by email.
2. We confirm whether the referral is eligible and contact the business where appropriate.
3. The business agrees to a qualifying project with Webbing Studios.
4. Once the qualifying project is signed and the first client payment has cleared, we arrange the applicable referral reward.

Who qualifies?

• The referral must be submitted before the business is already in active commercial discussions with Webbing Studios.
• The project must meet the relevant minimum contract value: £1,500 for a website project or £5,000 for custom software.
• The reward is fixed at £100 or £200, depending on the eligible project category; it is not a percentage of the contract.
• Duplicate referrals are assessed using the earliest complete referral received. We will confirm eligibility if there is a potential overlap.
• Self-referrals, misleading submissions and referrals made without appropriate permission to share the information may be declined.
• If a qualifying project is cancelled or the relevant client payment is refunded before the reward is paid, the referral will not qualify unless Webbing Studios confirms otherwise in writing.
