Referral Programme Terms

These terms apply to the Webbing Studios referral programme operated by FLR Holdings UK Limited (company number 16970627). By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. Referral rewards

  • Website projects: £100 for a qualifying website project with an agreed contract value of at least £1,500, excluding VAT and third-party costs.
  • Custom software projects: £200 for a qualifying custom software project with an agreed contract value of at least £5,000, excluding VAT and third-party costs.

Rewards are fixed amounts, not percentages of the contract value. A project must be classified by Webbing Studios as a website project or custom software project for the relevant reward to apply. Combined or unusual scopes will be assessed and confirmed in writing before the reward is treated as approved.

2. What counts as a qualifying referral

A qualifying referral is a genuine introduction to a new prospective client that is submitted to Webbing Studios before that business is already in active commercial discussions with us. The referral must identify the business clearly enough for us to assess it. We may ask for additional information before confirming eligibility.

3. Duplicate and existing leads

Referrals for existing clients, existing prospects or businesses already in active commercial discussions are not eligible. If the same business is referred by more than one person, we will normally assess the earliest complete referral received. We will make a reasonable decision based on the records available and may ask the parties for clarification.

4. When a reward is earned and paid

A reward becomes eligible for payment after (a) Webbing Studios confirms the referral is eligible, (b) the client signs an agreement for a qualifying project meeting the relevant minimum value, and (c) the first payment due from the client under that agreement has cleared. We will confirm the expected payment method and timing with the referrer. A referrer may need to provide payment details and any information reasonably required for accounting or legal compliance.

5. Cancellations, refunds and non-payment

If the qualifying project is cancelled, the client does not make the required first payment, or that payment is refunded before the referral reward is paid, the reward will not normally be payable. We will confirm any exception in writing. We will not seek to recover a reward already properly paid unless it resulted from fraud, a material misrepresentation or a clear payment error, subject to applicable law.

6. Referrer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, act honestly and only submit personal or business contact information that you are authorised to share. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal information, spam, misleading information or referrals obtained through unlawful means. You must not promise a prospective client any price, scope, result or commitment on our behalf.

7. Exclusions and abuse

Self-referrals, fictitious leads, duplicate submissions intended to obtain multiple rewards, fraudulent activity and referrals that breach these terms may be declined. We may request reasonable evidence to verify a referral or eligibility.

8. Tax and costs

The referrer is responsible for understanding and meeting any tax, reporting or other obligations that apply to their reward. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the reward is the stated amount and does not include reimbursement of other costs.

9. Programme changes and ending the programme

We may amend, pause or end the programme for future referrals. Changes will be published on this page. A change will not normally remove a reward for a referral that we have already confirmed as eligible and that has met all payment conditions, except where required to address fraud, error or a legal obligation.

10. Relationship with other terms

These terms govern the referral programme and should be read with the Webbing Studios Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about referral eligibility or reward payment, these Referral Programme Terms apply to that subject. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Contact

Questions about the programme can be sent to contact@webbingstudios.com. These terms are not legal advice and should be reviewed against the company’s intended operating arrangements before launch.
